Folding Arm Awnings

Capable of widths up to 21 metres and a projection of up to 4 metres and 4 models to choose from. The Shade Guys NQ can measure, advice and install a folding arm awning that's right for you.
Got a small courtyard and can't find the right product to shade it. The Shade Guys NQ also offer a very unique OVERSQUARE folding arm awning, whereby you can have a projection greater or equal to its width.
All operating components are designed and manufactured in Germany and are certified by European testing agency TÜV.
Our folding arms use tensioned, spring loaded, PVC coated triple steel cables that provide added protection against corrosion. These individually hung cables provide excellent wind stability and fabric tension. Arms are able to withstand 120.000 cycles of stress as certified by the Materials Testing Authority of Germany.
Patented brackets and operating components are made of aluminium with pre-treated, baked enamel finish. Construction hardware is made of marine grade 316 stainless steel.
An extensive range of high quality fabrics are available, including all weather acrylic canvas and plastisol coated lightweight polyester based cloth.
Rapid acting 3:1 ratio gearbox with bevel stop for manually operated awnings enables easy operation. Or operation can be fully automated, with hardwired or remote switching and sun, wind and timer system options.
Components are manufactured in Germany but all awning systems are made here in Australia.
